There's no set program, no pressure, no agenda. You decide what you work on. The space, the equipment, and the safety oversight are already there.</p><p>Whether you want to drill a fall, run a fight sequence, work on something specific, or just get moving — come and use the time however it serves you best.</p><p></p><h3 id="f1a857e0-d8a9-4c64-bab4-ebb95901cbce" data-toc-id="f1a857e0-d8a9-4c64-bab4-ebb95901cbce" style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 1.2;"><strong>What people actually use it for</strong></h3><p><strong>Prep for an upcoming job or an audition</strong> — Run the physical requirements you know are coming. Arrive on set confident, not rusty.</p><p><strong>Polish a skill</strong> — Work on whatever you need to improve, at your own pace, without the pressure of a structured class.</p><p><strong>Warm up before a scenario session</strong> — Use it as a prep block before more structured training. Move through fundamentals first, on your own terms.</p><p><strong>Conditioning</strong> — Space and mats to move freely. No choreography in the way.</p><p><strong>Prep choreo for your reel or short film</strong> — Work out and refine fight sequences with a partner in a proper space.
