Ideal after time off or before returning to set, this refresher revisits the essential building blocks of safe, camera-ready action.You’ll review controlled movement, footwork, falls, hits, kicks, reactions, and two-handed sword flow through clear video lessons that reinforce timing, balance, targeting, and angle awareness. The focus is on sharpening technique—not progressing to new material—so you can reconnect with the fundamentals that make on-screen action believable and safe for partners.This is a non-assessed refresher course. If you’d like personalised input, you can purchase a single skill-specific video submission (e.g., falls, hits, kicks, sword flow) to receive professional instructor feedback.
