1. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your country of residence. 2. Login and Account Access Each user is limited to a maximum of three active logins (devices or browsers). Exceeding this limit may result in automatic suspension or review of your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. 3. Intellectual Property & Content Use All content on the Platform—including text, videos, graphics, PDFs, lesson materials, and downloadable resources—is owned or licensed by NZSS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may only use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any content without written permission from NZSS. Some educational modules may include third-party content (e.g. YouTube clips, images) for illustrative purposes under “fair use.” NZSS does not claim ownership of such content. 4. You understand and agree: - You are responsible for determining your fitness and ability to participate. - You must follow all instructions, progressions, and safety recommendations. - You agree not to attempt techniques beyond your level or without professional supervision. - You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. NZSS, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use or misuse of the Platform’s content or participation in any activities. If you are unsure about your ability to safely perform any activity, consult a qualified instructor or healthcare professional before proceeding. 5. User-Submitted Content Where permitted, users may upload videos or materials for assessments or feedback. By submitting content, you grant NZSS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view, store, and use the content for educational and review purposes only. Your content will not be made public without your written consent. 6. Paid Courses, Subscriptions & Refunds Online Courses: - All online course sales are final and non-refundable. - Once access is granted, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. - Free previews and clear course descriptions are provided to help users assess course suitability. In-Person Workshops: - Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable. - If a valid medical certificate is provided within 48 hours after the missed workshop, a full or partial refund may be considered. - If NZSS cancels a workshop, a full refund will be issued, or the participant may transfer their registration to a future session. 7. Code of Conduct You agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, disruption, hacking, or any misuse of the Platform may result in account termination without notice or refund. 8. Changes to Content or Services NZSS may update or modify content, courses, or features at any time without prior notice. We may also discontinue services or remove user access where necessary. 9.
