This free readiness course is designed to help you understand how your current fitness level may influence your experience in the Fight for Camera (FFC) stunt training program — not to exclude you from participating.Fight for Camera is open to all fitness levels. You do not need to be an athlete, fighter, or stunt professional to take part. However, your strength, mobility, coordination, and conditioning will affect how much you can perform and how quickly you progress during the course.The purpose of this course is to help you set realistic expectations, understand your body’s current limits, and approach stunt training responsibly and safely.The in-person FFC workshop is open from age 12+, and the online readiness course is available from age 16+, making it accessible to a wide range of learners.<h2 id="cb5dda8e-85f6-4eac-a3cc-78bfd2ec2c1b" data-toc-id="cb5dda8e-85f6-4eac-a3cc-78bfd2ec2c1b" style="font-size: 24px; font-weight: 600; line-height: 1.2;">Why This Course Matters</h2>Stunt training is physically demanding, but it is also scalable and adaptable.
