Both are important: workshops give you certifications or milestones, while training help you stay sharp and consistent in your stunt career journey.
Becoming a stunt performer requires a mix of professional training, physical conditioning, and on-set experience. The best pathway is to start with a recognised stunt school program, where you’ll learn industry-standard safety and performance skills. From there, you’ll need to build a portfolio, join a stunt agency, and continue training to expand your skill set.
